Notice how I am taking whatever they give me and going with it, while continuing to try to be outrageous in the process, as outrageousness usually leads to laughter and keeping the big girl’s attention. If you feel that she’s not giving you a response that’s good enough to work with, then go back and make another outrageous comment. So for example, let’s say that I missed the opportunity to make fun of her when she told me her name, I might say “Guess what?”, and when she asks “What?”, I might say “Chicken butt”, laugh at her, and then ask her a legit question if she isn’t already trying to ask me questions and tell me more about her. Just remember: always try to work with whatever she gives you. I almost always work with whatever response the girl gives me.
